Hurricane season is back, and the 2026 storm name list has officially arrived. While some names sound friendly enough to invite over for a barbecue, Floridians know better!
This year’s lineup includes names like Arthur, Bertha, Cristobal, Dolly, Edouard, Fay, Gonzalo, Hanna, and Isaias — just to name a few. If the season gets busy enough, we’ll also meet Josephine, Kyle, Leah, Marco, Nana, Omar, Paulette, Rene, Sally, Teddy, Vicky, and Wilfred.
A few of these names may sound like your neighbors, coworkers, or relatives, but trust us — you do NOT want a hurricane named after you showing up this summer!
